Actually it doesn’t seem really that bad… It just has too much tomatoe on one side, and too little on the other… I mean, it needs more balance, and maybe the spaghetti could be more “al dente”. But still, no match for that other time when you sent us a pic of your dinner.
Yes, I know. I have found a great store nearby - albeit expensive - that has some nice fresh vegetables and stuff. I also now know of a Portuguese store to get essencial things like good salt, fish, etc.
As soon as I do a really nice dish, I’ll post it here too. I actually have a really nice oven so I must definitely do some”bróculos gratinados”…hmm….
