Thinking…

First of all, to whoever it may concern, I apologize for the HUGE time I have took to add another entry. This is exciting news for those that are thinking “let’s see his webpage and realize nothing has changed for the 999x time now…” when they click on my webpage link. :-)

Anyway, the thinking part is mainly due to shift my life will inevitably have on the future weeks/months. First of all, I have officially finished the course-work for the GABBA program and I am now going to visit several labs in the US. So, I will end up either in Cambridge UK or in the US (several possibilities there).

I’m thinking that I will have a hard time alone in a country that is not mine. I’m thinking that I will miss a lot of my dearest friends, the real friends you have made throughout your entire life. I’m thinking as where my relationship with my girlfriend will end up. I’m thinking that I will terribly miss Portuguese sun and exquisite cousine. I’m thinking a lot of things and I still haven’t moved a mm towards a final PhD lab decision.

All this thinking and I am still in Portugal, without a decision made. Too much thinking for not many decisions. Will it be easier in some years? I think not.
